Busy Like a Pollen Jock

If you would kindly look at the date this entry was posted and the date the previous entry was posted, you could fairly deduce only 3 things why it’s been a while since I’ve put anything in this site : 1) I’m extremely busy 2) I’m extremely lazy 3) I’m dead already. Obviously it’s not the third one unless it’s a ghost typing away in this old "Made in China" keyboard. (It’s the one that makes that annoyingly crispy noise everytime you type.) So now it’s down to number 1 and number 2. If you say number 1, then you’re wrong. If you say number 2, then you’re also wrong. Why? Because Spongebob is yellow and I said so. You’re wrong because it’s both. So the answer is 1.5. Reader <– Fail.

I’m busy with work and with my business. Truth be told, it’s been a while since I felt NOT busy. Since my birthday last March, everything went from "bum-ish" state to "working in the coal mines" state. Really, tons of work everywhere. Multi-tasking is an understatement. Meetings here and there. Tasks everywhere. Goals that’s meant to be accomplished by three people but has been only delegated to one… me. Really, it’s the shiznitz of delayed gratification. Goodness, even making this blog post is a mistake. I’m wasting a good 15 minutes on this nonsense of a site! Sigh. But I need this. I’m so busy I don’t talk to people anymore. Hence, I turn to you, dear blog reader. It’s the closest I get to "talking to people", not "discussing marketing strategies and whatnot".

I’m also lazy. Usually an insanely busy schedule does not hinder my ability to share my poetic nonsense to the blogosphere. Only laziness could. This time, it bit me. Even I had the minutes to spare, I’d rather spend it reading some nerdy business blog out there or browse for more LOLcats. It only takes about 10-15 minutes for me to post an entry and wasting that amount of time is USUALLY something I could live with. The last 3 months is a testament to that. I have been busy like a pollen jock and yet I have been posting away as if I was Yugatech himself. Well, not really. Somehow, I have been successful in exuding this "easy-going" kind of aura that the real story almost becomes too difficult to believe. Well, reality is biting back and I’m finding posting an additional "chore I’d rather do later because I’m really busy and lazy right now". But don’t worry, this is just one of those days. Every blogger goes through this phase ya’ know.

So yeah, I apologize for my lack of posts in the past few days. I know I promised that with the new installment of this site that I would ensure the continuous flow of content. But hey, I’m human and nobody is paying me to do this. Also, I have this thing called LIFE. So i suggest you sit back, relax, and go check out some funny Youtube clip. Don’t worry, after all this busy-lazy phase has worn off, I’ll be posting frequently again like superhero. In the meantime, I’m open for suggestions as to what topics readers might want me to discuss later on when I get back. Lend me thy thoughts. And I will lend you mine for a fee. Ktnxbai.

Also, I’m into photography nowadays. Here’s a picture of my blind fat cat, Cindy. We keep her in a cage now because she has the tendency to be in a lot of brawls with the stray cats in the street…hence, her eye being a casualty in one of her epic battles for pee space. My weapon of choice is a Nikon D40 dslr. Just wanna try it. It’s becoming a fad and as much as I have said a lot of bad things about photographers (especially the tripod wielding ones) I have come to a point when I said to myself, "you know what, it’s kinda cool if you get to have printed memories of the stuff and the places you’ve been to." I’ve been appreciating life more often nowadays and the emo side of me just wants to capture every tear-jerking moment on camera. O well. I’ve spent more than 15 minutes already. I go nao.
